All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. spinplu does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

The spinplu Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. spinplu does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
spinplu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may close your spinplu account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
